Convection heating uses the airflow from you pulling on the device to circulate hot air inside the chamber. When hot air is passed through and around the flower, the terpenes and cannabinoids boil off at their ideal temperatures. This means flower is not directly touching the heating element. Make sure to take slow steady draws. It allows time for the hot air to circulate through the chamber and vaporize your flower evenly and thoroughly.
The Linx Dosing Capsules are quartz cups that can hold approximately 0.1g of flower. The dosing capsule is not a traditional flower atomizer - it sits inside the chamber, therefore you will need one of the cups inside your device at all times. You can get up to 8 hits per filled capsule in average.
Pack the capsule with finely ground flower loosely. Make sure not to overfill as the convection heating method needs room for the heat transfer.
The dosing capsule is held securely inside the chamber with the Seal (the metal ring that can be screwed to the chamber). This seal can be unscrewed from the top of the device. It is optional to use if you swap the capsules. If you have only one capsule, it is suggested to keep the seal on to make the Eden Switch a fixed chamber flower vape. The seal will keep the capsule from falling out when you empty out the used flower.
The capsule can be hot after you vape, make sure to wait till it is fully cooled down before touching.
Already Vaped Bud, or AVB, is the ground material left behind after you use your vaporizer. These “grounds” can be reused in several ways. To reuse your flower, it should appear brown or slightly green. The AVB can be eaten directly by adding to any dish, or you can make cannabutter or oil using the AVB. There are plenty of great AVB recipes online!
In order to maximize cloud production, use finely ground flower and make sure to loosely pack the dosing capsule. Once the Eden Switch has reached its set temperature, take slow and steady draws. Activate the Power Boost feature to add extra heat when necessary. For maximum vapor production, use the red setting and Power Boost.
It's most likely that your mouthpiece needs to be cleaned. If you look at the bottom of your mouthpiece, you'll see a metal piece at the end of the spring. This is the filter section and it might have been clogged. Clean as needed.
Also check and make sure your fingers don't cover the air holes on the metal casing (the three vertical holes).
When you use a 100% convection heating vaporizer like the Eden Switch, we'd like to recommend a few tips. (1) Use finely ground materials. (2) Do not tightly pack the dosing capsule. (3) Take slow steady draws. Proper packing and draws allow room and time for hot air to flow through your flower and deliver the best flavorful clouds.

Absolutely. The Eden Switch is a flower vaporizer. With the Lava Plates (sold separately), concentrates can be used simultaneously with flower in the Eden Switch’s dosing capsule.
Your device may be experiencing an overdrained battery. Please ensure to keep your device charged for more than 8 hours and the battery should be reactivated and get charged. If the issue persists after doing so, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by submitting a ticket and we will initiate the warranty process for you.
Eden Switch is covered by one year limited warranty. If you have warranty questions or need support, please contact us by submitting a ticket, select "Warranty". Make sure to include your order number (LNXVPR followed by numbers), product and a detailed description of the issues so we can start the warranty service.
