WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

At LinxVapor.com, we work on processing your order immediately once your order is submitted.  We usually ship out the same business day for orders placed on business days (Monday – Friday, except holidays) before 2:30pm PST.  Occasionally we have delays if order volume surges.  If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

We use USPS as our preferred courier in USA.  Orders to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than the standard shipping options. 

Orders ship out on business days (Monday to Friday), except holidays.  

USPS estimated shipping time:

Standard Shipping (3-8 business days)
Priority Shipping (within 3 business days)
Priority Express Shipping (within 2 business days)

We use DHL as our preferred courier for international orders.  Estimated shipping time varies. 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $60+ in USA.  If you decide to use expedited service for your orders, you can find the shipping charge with our real time shipping calculator at checkout.

The shipping rate for International orders is also calculated real time at checkout.

IS U.S. SHIPPING DISCREET ?

Yes.  Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked envelope or box, neither of which contain any information about the contents inside.  The orders are shipped from "Shipping Dept., LNXVPR".

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCREET ?

International shipments require shipping label and commercial invoice.  Product name and value will appear on the commercial invoice.  

CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O.BOX?

Yes.  USPS offers delivery service to P.O.Boxes.  

CAN YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes.  We now sell to USA, Canada, Europe, Oceania and some of the south American countries. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Our courier provides signature confirmation services upon delivery. We strongly recommend the use of such service to prevent lost or stolen package.  When the package is processed properly and handed over to the courier, the courier becomes accountable for the package.  If a package is lost or missing, kindly contact your courier immediately to locate your package.  

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

If your package is damaged, do not accept the package and request the courier to return the package to us.  

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

No changes or cancellation can be made to an order once submitted.  The moment you submit your order, we are immediately working to process your order so we can send your order to you as quickly as possible.

I ENTERED WRONG NAME OR ADDRESS AND MY PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVE, WHAT'S NEXT?

If you delivery information is incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our office.  We will contact you for correct address and send the package to your updated address.  Please beware that we'll charge for the shipping costs of the second shipment ("return to sender" package) therefore we ask you to carefully check your name and address before submitting the order. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your computer.
