Eden FAQ

Dry Herb and extract. 100% convection heating. All quartz technology. Four temp settings. Swappable silicone sleeve. Extra large chamber. All for under $100 bucks.

: It's most likely that your mouthpiece needs to be cleaned. If you look at the bottom of your mouthpiece, you'll see a metal piece, the filter section, might have been clogged. Clean your mouthpiece.

When you vape, make sure the ground materials are not tightly packed. The Linx Eden is a 100% convection vaporizer. Proper packing allows hot air flow through your chamber to heat the materials evenly and thoroughly. Also make sure your fingers don't cover the air holes on the metal casing (the three vertical holes).
: Detach the filter section from the mouthpiece. Disassemble and soak the filter section in Isopropyl alcohol for two hours to clean it. Using a Q-tip soaked with Isopropyl alcohol, gently rub the inside and outside of the glass tube as well as the metal base until clean.
: For best result, please clean the mouthpiece filter after two or three bowls. Routine maintenance extends the lifespan of your device.
: The Linx Eden is compatible with the following accessories:
Eden lava plates, Eden water pipe adaptor, Eden silicone sleeve, Eden USB-C charging cable, and the Gaia loading funnel.

The Eden is NOT COMPATIBLE with the following accessories:

: We uphold a strong value of providing a vapor path free of toxins, and The Linx Eden is no exception with it's medical grade stainless steel body and no synthetic materials used for insulation. Due to this health conscious design, the steel body may become warm with normal use. We have provided a customized silicone sleeve to be used on the outside of the device offering heat protection while at the same time leaving the Eden’s vapor path untouched.
: Yes. The provided Lava Plates can be used simultaneously with dry flower in the Eden’s atomizer.
: Your device may be experiencing an overdrained battery. Please ensure to keep your device charged for more than 8 hours and the battery should be reactivated and get charged.
